My newest character, Hazel. A pilot girl in a steampunk-ish setting.

Modeled from scratch in Blender 3D 2.48. Backdrop and hair (and some postwork) done in Photoshop.

My intention was not to aim for photorealism, but for a slighty styled look that would fit the idea nicely ;) I'm always open for criticism!

The hair is handpainted in Photoshop ;) At first I tried using the new particle hair system from Blender. Although it's a great feature I felt I didn't have enough control over the particles to achieve this result (or I was doing it wrong...)
